Highly recommend Milestone Physical Therapy for any and all PT needs. Having worked with at least 6 different facilities over the years (including 4 around Roseville area) I rate Milestone the best for several reasons: 1) Each therapist (and assistant) is highly trained to address a large variety of client needs and injuries as opposed to going to a facility where each therapist is a specialist in only 1-2 disciplines. Check out the bios on the website; 2) the sessions are a full hour of hands on treatment and work whereas other places give you 30-35 minutes including the time where they update their notes; and 3) the office and operations staff are as professional and helpful in their work as the therapists. You can't go wrong with Milestone.

I have a disability that has required me to go to physical therapy on and off for over 25 years. I have been to several physical therapy clinics. None even come close to the care and expertise I have received at Milestone the past 6 years! Mollie is my regular therapist. However, I have seen other therapists at Milestone also. All are caring, and knowledgable. They will think outside the box for your specific needs. This is not your usual "mill" of a physical therapy practice. The therapists and programs are carefully thought through and designed to meet your specific needs. I managed a hospital department for 25 years. So I recognized a stellar level of compassion and knowledge! This PT clinic and staff are exceptional!

I am sorry to say I have high expectations for people and things, usually too high. Happily, Milestone always meets my expectations. Molly is amazing how she has a treatment for every issue I have presented -sometimes it’s a traditional one and sometimes an alternative one. And she listens very well. The staff is very skillful and knowledgeable too. About three or four of the staff have treated me and I have always been pleased… And I’m hard to please.🥹 I highly recommend you try Milestone Therapy… And for their wellness programs also.

I was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident in January 2024, after numerous visits to a recommended Physical Therapist place by my attorney I stopped going to that place and reached out to Milestone Physical Therapy as I have heard nothing but positive outcomes from people I personally know and trust. I worked with Ashlen for several weeks, when I arrived I had extremely limited mobility in most activities and had a 5-degree range of emotion turning my head. Fast forward to my last session (which I went for about 8 weeks, one session a week) and I had mobility of about 80 degrees and have since felt a quality of life back into my daily routine. For context, I wrapped up my sessions in August 2024 and as I write this it is December 2024, and I am still living my best life with no setbacks. Every single individual I have encountered at Milestone Physical Therapy has been extremely friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them. I just can't say enough good about Milestone! The owner Mollie is the most genuine caring person ever. She has such a sweet and calming presence and always listens and validates what you're going through. She truly wants to help. What Milestone offers is quite unique and sets them apart from the others. Your PT will actually spend an hour with you giving you their undivided attention! They do fascia release among other things, and actual hands on care. Other places will give you 20 minutes of hands on PT time then send you off with and assistant to exercise. I've been going here for many years as I've had a long term condition. She has patiently been seeing me through it all; the good times and the bad. Because of the character and integrity that Mollie has, she hires people like herself. Everyone there has always been wonderful and I'm always recommending them!

I've been going to Milestone Physical Therapy for both massage and personal training, and I can't recommend it enough. Mollie and the entire team is outstanding, always professional, and truly care about my health and wellness. Whether it's for a massage or personal training or group yoga, they consistently exceed my expectations.

Been going to Milestone Physical Therapy for over two years and what a fantastic team they have… especially Tiffany. She has done such a remarkable job and even has discovered issues that the doctors missed. She help me with my knee replacement that was put in wrong and help me Reestablish my health in my knee with new therapy techniques. these people have excellent personalities wonderful demeanor and Will help you with any of your Physical Therapy needs we highly recommend Milestone Physical Therapy… they are a blessing. I was so happy to find Milestone Physical Therapy. They are truly a hidden jewel in Roseville. I had searched on-line for a facility close to home and that had great reviews. My first appointment was an evaluation/treatment with Molly. She took her time going over my MRI, explaining a treatment plan and started treatment on my ankle at that appointment. Becca was my PT, and she is wonderful! Sarah, whom I spoke with the first time I called, and Cecylia were so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely refer friends, family and neighbors who need PT to Milestone Physical Therapy.

Started going to Milestone in April after my second knee replacement surgery. I worked with Ashlen after my first and was happy to follow her to Milestone! Her knowledge and care led me to a very speedy recovery. Cecelia is a pleasure to work with - she is very friendly and professional. I have been to two other physical therapy businesses in the past, and Milestone is a nice facility and very clean in comparison to others I have seen.

Milestone is a great physical therapy facility. The therapists (especially Katie) are knowledgeable about their profession! They are kind, caring and inspire you to maintain the tools they teach you to help you heal. They do not put you on a piece of equipment with vague instructions and walk away while you work out. They observe, correct and modify. I will always request a referral and look forward to working out with this caring group.
